About Me
My name is Lousi Kisitu. i am a dynamic educational leader, mentor, and changemaker dedicated to transforming learning environments and raising standards across diverse UK secondary schools. From my early days as a passionate classroom practitioner to my current role as a pastoral strategist and thought leader, my journey has been shaped by a deep commitment to purposeful leadership and high-impact transformation.
My career has taken me through a range of educational contexts—from rural England to inner-city academies and faith-based institutions—each experience sharpening my expertise in school culture, student development, and behaviour for learning.
