1. Who is Louis Kisitu?

Louis Kisitu is an educational leader, coach, mentor and change-maker with a decade of experience in UK schools. He specialises in pastoral leadership, behaviour culture, academic tutoring and philanthropic education reform particularly through his Uganda-based initiative, ImpactBridge.

The platform exists to transform educational culture and mindset locally and globally through leadership development, coaching and innovation in school systems. It also supports under-resourced communities in Uganda with digital learning through offline microcomputer hubs.

1. Is your mentoring for young people really free?

Yes. Mentoring for students aged 13–18 is completely free as part of Louis’s outreach and commitment to service. This includes 1-on-1 sessions, group mentoring and assemblies.

Coaching is available to educators, middle leaders, aspiring Heads of Year and professionals seeking strategic growth. Sessions are priced at £40–£50 with bespoke packages available.

All bookings can be made via the integrated Calendly booking system on the site under the “Coaching & Mentoring” section.

1. What kind of digital courses do you offer?

Courses include self-paced CPD training in behaviour management, pastoral leadership and mindset transformation such as The Cage Series, Leading a Year Group and more.

Once your payment is processed via PayPal, you will receive an automated email with download links or access instructions for your course or resource.

While not formally accredited at this stage, all content is built on evidence-based practice and recognised leadership frameworks used in UK schools and across trusted education platforms.

1. Do schools have to pay for an initial consultation?

No. All school partnerships begin with a free 30–60 minute discovery call. From there, a bespoke quote is prepared based on your school’s needs.

Packages can include behaviour audits, CPD delivery, attendance system design, pastoral coaching or full school improvement strategy design. Pricing starts at £100 for strategy consultations and from £300 for full consultancy days.

No. Assemblies and motivational talks especially those from The Cage Series are delivered free to student audiences as part of Louis’s outreach and values.

1. Can we book Louis for a CPD or keynote session at our school?

Absolutely. CPD talks are available from £100 per session. Louis also offers multi-session packages and bespoke input for INSET days or conferences.

Topics include behaviour culture, mindset development, school improvement, pastoral systems and transforming leadership in challenging contexts.

1. What is the Uganda Microcomputer Initiative?

A grassroots educational project bringing offline digital learning to underserved schools in Uganda. It equips schools with microcomputer hubs preloaded with curriculum-aligned resources and teacher training tools.
